No, this just synchronizes email addresses. Moreover, LDAP is not used as a "SSO" solution this setup and even if - it is technically not foreseen that the third-party authentication also provides the master password.
Such functionality would require something like the Key Connector which is most likely never going to be implemented in Vaultwarden due to License constraints:
