Steps to reproduce

I just login through the web vault

Expected behaviour

Receiving an email only the first time i login through the same browser, not every day.
Also, there's no option to disable mail for this kind of event.

Actual behaviour

I receive an email every day even if it's the same browser on the same computer. Cache has not been cleaned up.

@BlackDex commented on GitHub (Mar 26, 2021):

This most of the time has to do with browser settings or some extension which provides more privacy.

I suggest to try an other browser (without any extensions) and try that for two days in a row.
