Trash bin function is missing

All current Bitwarden Clients are using the new trash bin instead of deleting entries rightaway.
Currently, if an entry is to be deleted, this only works via the web vault, as the clients are dependent on the trash bin function.

Your environment

Bitwarden_rs version: 1.14.2

Install method: Docker image
Clients used: Android, Chrome, Windows App
Reverse proxy and version: Nginx Proxy Manager v0.6.0

Steps to reproduce

Try deleting any entry using any client.

Expected behaviour

Entry should be deleted

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens
