Steps To Reproduce

Create a vault with at least one collection
Add another Collection under this particular collection
Add one item in this nested collection. (CollectionA -> Collection B -> Item1)
Open this vault on a Android Bitwarden app
Search for Item1 -> 0 found
Look for Collection A, found but 0 items in it
Look for Collection B, cannot be found

Expected Result

Collection A and B can be found and item1.
Tried with all these without any issue:

Chrome extension
Firefox extension
Bitwarden app on MacOS

Actual Result

Items and collections nested under another collection are not visible on Android app.
