Steps To Reproduce

Create a custom user.vaultwarden.scss.hbs file with the following content

app-root img.new-logo-themed {
	content: url(../images/logo.png) !important;
}

Confirm correct data location by checking the root contains the default folders and the 3 sqlite3 files.
Create a folder in the root called templates
Within the templates folder create 2 folders called scss and images
In the /templates/scss folder I upload the custom user.vaultwarden.scss.hbs file

Expected Result

Expect the logo to change.

Actual Result

No change to logo (or any CSS entered in the file).
