Steps To Reproduce
Expected Result
When a user confirms their login from a mobile app and logs into the Web Vault, there should be no pending request tags or hyperlinks.
Actual Result
Pending requests and hyperlinks still appear after logging into the account. If you click on a hyperlink, a pop-up appears to confirm or decline the request. No matter which option you choose, you receive a notification stating that the request is no longer valid, which temporarily removes the tag and hyperlink. However, if you navigate to another tab and then return to the Security/Devices section, the tag and hyperlink reappear. The issue resolves itself approximately five minutes after a successful login.

Additional Context
I have bypassed Cloudflare and cleared the local cache to determine if they were causing the issue, but the bug still persists.
