Subject of the issue

I cannot update passwords for some entries in my vault. When I try to update it hangs for some time and then gives back an error, page not found.

After this error, lots of actions no longer respond and restarting the container gets it responsive again.

Deployment environment

I tried opening the Diagnostics tab, but that also gives a page not found error.

vaultwarden version:
1.22.2

Install method:
Docker image on synology
Clients used:
web vault, iOS and chrome plugin
Reverse proxy and version:
Synology reverse proxy (based on nginx)
MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL version:
N/A
Other relevant details:

Steps to reproduce

Start container, override password using the generate password feature, save.

Expected behavior

Password is updated

Actual behavior

Page not found is returned
