Describe the Bug

I can't download any attachments using the web interface (Chromium based or Firefox browser) or using the browser extensions for each browser. When I click the attachment download icon, you get the icon animation like its trying to do something but nothing happens.

In the logs it looks like it worked:

Uploading or deleting attachments still works.

Steps To Reproduce

Try to download any attachments using the web interface in Chromium based or Firefox browsers or their corresponding web extensions.

Expected Result

Download the attachments

Actual Result

Spinning icon but nothing happens.
