Hello,
i use vmware player 17. When i connect my iphone or an usb device on my pc it is not recognized. I tried with installing vmware tools with iso darwin because trought vmware i have this message "could not find component on update server. contact vmware support or your system administrator".
I used the unlocker to install MacOs Monterey, I don't know if it depends on this, but I don't know how to make the devices I connect to the pc recognized on my Mac vm.
Can you help me?

VMware Player with trial license didn't let me interact with removable devices. I solved
