A confirmation code has been sent to +15552226666 via SMS. Please insert the code here (removed my real number)

I setup playsms and configured twilio and within playsms I can send a test message from my phone using the full +1phonenumber
at command line of nextcloud I did the configuration
sudo -u www-data php occtwofactorauth:gateway:configure sms
Please choose a SMS provider (websms, playsms, clockworksms, puzzelsms, ecallsms, voipms, huawei_e3531, spryng, sms77io, ovh, clickatellcentral playsms
Please enter your PlaySMS URL: https://urltoplaysms
Please enter your PlaySMS username: admin
Please enter your PlaySMS password: thepassword

and when I go to confirm my setup I dont get the message on my phone?

logs I can look at etc that will help me get to this final configuration?
