I’m opening this issue to warn other users about unresponsive support regarding subscription cancellation.

I have repeatedly requested cancellation of a paid Tunnelto subscription for an account I no longer use and no longer have email access to. Cancellation via support is required per the ToS, but none of my emails have received a response.

Jan 9, 2026 – support@tunnelto.dev
Jan 20, 2026 – support@tunnelto.dev
Jan 20, 2026 – hello@tunnelto.dev

Payments are still being charged.

Why this is important

No effective way to cancel if you lose access to the original account email
Billing continues despite documented cancellation requests
Support appears non-responsive for critical billing issues

Happy to close this issue immediately once the subscription is canceled and confirmed.
