As the provided bash scripts are kinda dumb I wrote a Python script based on transmissionrpc module to smartly check if any of torrents are missing some of the trackers from list and adds missing ones.

The script is in my repo: https://github.com/blind-oracle/transmission-trackers
Maybe you can add a link to it.
