In previous years, we have been using PAFM ( https://github.com/mustafa0x/pafm )

It is also advanced PHP-Ajax-file-manager. Unfortunately, development has been stopped there.

It has many unique functions, which is missing from TinyFileManager.
There are Nonce-usages (which is the most and foremost standard for security to avoid XSS/CSRF ), has also ability for shell and many functions.
If you look through it will be nice.
