I would like to remove users' ability to delete files without restricting them to their own directory

To my knowledge as of now it's just full access or read-only unless a user is given their own directory. I want all users to share one directory, but not allow anyone to delete anything from the directory they please.

current application does not have that option, will consider add those features in upcoming release
