Original GitHub issue: https://github.com/binimum/tidal-ui/issues/20

When importing music into my library, the metadata doesn't seem to pull correctly. It has condensed the album name, track number, and track title all into one line on the track title field instead of populating individual fields.

For context: I downloaded them as zipped archives, not individual tracks. The qobuz squid.wtf did not do this so I'm not sure the reason.

Thanks.

Image When I download AAC files and convert them to .mp3, the metadata fails. Mp3tag shows header parse errors and retagging the songs do not fix them

Some players like Foobar freak out when trying to play these files

Are you using Foobar? Never have myself but will download to try to fix

Have you tried opening these files with VLC to check that they work? Many thanks

I mainly use AIMP, but I tested it with some players. VLC and Aimp works fine, Foobar prompts an error, and Wmp "plays" it (it shows like its playing but without sound). Its definitively kinda corrupted

For mine, I was using Music Bee, if that helps. Files play fine in MusicBee but metadata is still an issue.

Tried downloading again today, it seems like its working correctly about half of the time.

Some of the albums are populating with the correct metadata and album covers displaying, while the others are still showing up with no album covers and incorrect metadata. (See screenshot for which albums if you want to replicate the issue.)

Looks like I'm back to the drawing board. Not very good at FFMpeg - you'll have to bear with me.
