When downloading an entire album with this option active, there are two scenarios which are both frustrating:

When downloading an album with the "Individual files" option selected, the site will prompt to save a cover image for each track downloaded.
When downloading an album with the "ZIP archive" option selected, no cover image is downloaded.

I would suggest detecting when the "Download All" button is used as to avoid downloading multiple covers, as well as archiving the cover alongside the tracks in the ZIP file.
