Currently Termdash takes over the entire screen.

It might be interesting to allow use cases where the caller wants to position Termdash widgets on some part or parts of the screen, but they want to directly control the rest.

This is very likely related to #104, if we allow some work of layered approach to the terminal, this might not be necessary.
