utc handling looks wrong, as 'db' will be all UTC times, need to be more careful with the conversions here
if picking a date into the future, theres no way to get back without refreshing the page as the time filter disappears

unclear if date picker is supposed to be min date or max date or if its supposed to allow a range selection

another good feature would be to query multiple dns buckets
