today the input select list can really get too long on a page. proposal is to show maybe 7 at a time and allow scrolling, maybe showing a down arrow to indicate theres more. thoughts @lts-po ?

Does this cover ClientSelect as well? I checked in PFW and seemed to continue to be an issue
