Right now users have an undocumented feature on an ext4 image /spr-environment.sh to update the ip address ahead of time.

when setting up a mesh node the ip will conflict with the main spr unless this is updated apriori.

we need to come up with a better way for this

furthemore the mesh node image could be very tiny as it does not need most of the SPR features
