Add rtl8168 dkms module to installer
Ensure eth1 is configured for downlink, also make sure enabling works right away if not enabled

noted:
wrong route on sprloop.

LANIF=eth1 is not set in config.sh, but its configured under link settings

192.168.4.0/24 dev sprloop proto kernel scope link src 192.168.4.1
