Alpine linux packages should be signed. They require a special RSA key, and need to use abuild-sign.
Support Arch Linux builds
Add arm support for Windows

The files needing to be updated are in the github actions folder - the release pipeline.

Do NOT tweak the formatting of the yaml as your pull request will be rejected
