Thanks for assigning this issue to me. I'm starting to work on it and will keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

Original issue description:

We have a comprehensive readme for therealpaulgg/ssh-sync, but we do not yet have one for the server.

We need to implement a readme that goes over how to install and use the server via docker if self-hosting is desired (instructions already exist in the other repo's readme)

We should also outline the technical stuff and just make the documentation better in general.

Fixes #32.
