Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

I was wondering why the source code encoding for the tests modules (
tests/authtests.py,tests/authtests2.py,tests/client_credentials.py,tests/tests.py) are all Latin 1 instead of UTF 8?@stephanebruckert commented on GitHub (Jan 17, 2020):
Not sure, but they now use utf-8
