That's weird. user_follow_users() works okay for me. Are you on the latest pypi release (or better, using spotipy from master branch)?

I have the same problem, it says 'Spotify' object has no attribute 'user_follow_artists'

This should be fixed with version 2.5.0, just do:

pip install spotipy --upgrade
