📄 Description

This is the corresponding pull request for Feature Request Issue #1109. It includes the Markdown code update in index.rst specified in the "Additional Context: Proposed Solution & Pull Request:" Section of the issue. Specifically, the new Section, "A Quick Tutorial To Get Started,” would take place after line 9 and in the interest of retaining formatting consistency with the remainder of the document, blank spaces are included on lines 10 and 13, with the equals signs defining the second-level heading on line 12. It has been updated to reflect the changes in CHANGELOG.MD. Please let me know if further details are required!
