Since a few days we receive this error:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught SpotifyWebAPI\SpotifyWebAPIException: cURL transport error: 7 Failed to connect to accounts.spotify.com port 443: Connection refused in [...]/vendor/jwilsson/spotify-web-api-php/src/Request.php:216

Have you seen this before? I did not found a solution :(
