I've go tthe same error:
Api response: convert result failed, reason: error("invalid type: null, expected a sequence", line 1, column 1391);

Same error here!
@SidharthSreekumar commented on GitHub (Aug 31, 2024):
I got the same error. It first appeared while trying to set up the application. I entered the client ID and secret and then the webpage for authenticating came the first time and I clicked accept. After accepting the terminal started showing an error similar to OP's error. I tried to set up again by deleting the config files. But every subsequent time the auth web page didn't show. But the error in terminal came.

I'm getting the same error, but I can also press Esc which shows me the welcome screen and is able to show me the currently playing song. Nothing in my library (liked songs/playlists) show up, though the API response seems like it contains all of my playlists names
