When I try to go to https://developers.spotify.com/dashboard/applications the browser redirects me to https://developers.spotify.com/dashboard.

i had this problem before, i can't create a Spotify Client ID, it was because my spotify version was too old. I reinstalled spotify from https://modfyp.com/es/spotify and I solved the problem.
