When playing or pausing with tui or trying to scrub a song the first input works, however the system will not be responsive to commands for a few more seconds, not sure how to resolve this issue.

Steps to reproduce, pause and play with in a short period of time or scrub through the song multiple times.

to also see this in action, when the visualizer (press v) is running, hovering your mouse over the terminal in circles makes the tick rate move at a normal pace, play and pause works as expected if mouse is constantly moving in circles
