I see the lyrics are already time-synced and scrolled over time. However, it would also be nice to have the current line highlighted so I can easily find it.

Oh! I see the already played lines are already highlighted... But either I'm color blind (which is true, but anyway) or Breeze theme uses the same color for played and unplayed lyrics (:

Yes, it should already highlight played lines. Work well for my theme. You can update lyrics_played component style to make it more visible.
