Cache liked tracks playlist to skip delay when playing.

Describe the solution you'd like
My liked tracks playlist contains more than 4000 songs. Loading this playlist to play a song usually takes around 60 seconds. I suggest caching this playlist locally and checking for updates periodically to prevent this delay.
