Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there is no builds for arm64 in the release assets.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an arm64-apple-darwin build for each release, that way users can download the binary without needing rust

Describe alternatives you've considered
Building from source w/ cargo currently
