Updated instructions to specify the exact path to UV, which worked in my environment.

Additionally, I added a note to inform users that they don't need to run the project if they plan to integrate it with the MCP host, such as Claude Desktop.

Tip: Zapier has an MCP beta, where Spotify is available as an integration tool, which is cool and easy to integrate.
