The ESPN reader returns internal game IDs only
The SoFIFA reader does not add the league and season to the index
The WhoScored reader returns internal game IDs only
The WhoScored reader does not replace team names in the read_events method
The WhoScored reader does not replace team names in the read_missing_players method
