Hi there,
I’m reaching out from FotMob. We noticed that the soccerdata project currently includes a scraper for data from fotmob.com and/or the FotMob API.
Unfortunately, scraping or programmatically accessing FotMob data without prior approval is not permitted under FotMob’s Terms of Service. This includes automated scraping of web pages or API endpoints.
We understand that SoccerData is an open-source project and that its contributors are likely acting in good faith. That said, we kindly request that the FotMob data source be removed from the project, including references in documentation and code, to avoid unintentional violation of our Terms of Service.

Thanks!
