Describe the bug
On some pages (e.g. https://fbref.com/en/comps/8/2024-2025/stats/2024-2025-Champions-League-Stats), player stats are hidden by default, and a button needs to be pressed for them to appear. It doesn't seem to make any server-side requests; the data is simply hidden in the HTML and displayed once the button is pressed.

Affected scrapers
This affects the following scrapers:

ClubElo
ESPN
FBref
FiveThirtyEight
FotMob
Match History
SoFIFA
Understat
WhoScored

Contributor Action Plan

I can fix this issue and will submit a pull request.
I’m unsure how to fix this, but I'm willing to work on it with guidance.
I’m not able to fix this issue.
