Steps to reproduce the behaviour
Please specify the following:
Not fully restoring on 1 SMS contact. I followed all the FAQ, restoring and archiving details provided, but still can't restore it. I am missing about A YEARS WORTH from this 1 contact. Please, i need this information. I appreciate your help
@Luisruns commented on GitHub (May 31, 2019):
Is anyone providing support at all for any of the issues reported here!
@chrisspar commented on GitHub (Jun 23, 2019):
i dont know
@kurahaupo commented on GitHub (Oct 5, 2019):
It does not need a feature in the App.
In GMail, make sure that the SMS backup label only applies to the messages that you want to restore, and then ask SMS Backup to restore from that label.
There are several ways to do this, but I suggest that you start by making a new GMail label; then either:
Then ask SMS Backup to restore your messages.
Then you might want to undo the changes above.
@kurahaupo commented on GitHub (Nov 9, 2019):
@chrisspar did the procedure above solve your problem?
@Luisruns commented on GitHub (Nov 12, 2019):
No, it did not.

(sorry for the delay)
@Luisruns which of those options did you try, and what happened?
As a first step, we need to determine whether the messages were transferred or not.
How many messages are involved (per-user and total)?
@Luisruns commented on GitHub (Dec 20, 2019):
Tried all options and still not working. I receive the attached error message when trying to reconnect to my gmail account.
@kurahaupo commented on GitHub (Dec 21, 2019):
Sorry, do you mean that no messages were restored? (I took "not fully restoring" to mean "only partially restoring".)
Please log into Github and reply with your error report there, as email replies don't link attachments to bug reports.
@kurahaupo commented on GitHub (Apr 26, 2020):
@chrisspar is this still a problem for you?
Previously you said "I receive the attached error message", however no error message was included.
