I've been using this app for years but now it's only backing up messages that I receive. Please help resolve this.

I'm having the same issue. Only incoming messages are being backed up. This started on my phone around March 27, 2018, the best I can tell. My phone is a Galaxy S8+. This is a new phone,but I had a galaxy S6 prior to this so it stopped working on that phone. My log is attached.

same issue. had the s6 active, everything worked fine,
stopped working when i got the s7 active a few years ago,
it only backs up incoming sms & mms.

I am having the same issues. I updated the app and ever since it only backs up incoming messages.
I'm not sure how to save the log to upload here
