Steps to reproduce the behaviour

  1. Click About in the menu
  2. Wait until WebView dialog shows
  3. Scroll WebView
  4. Rotate device

Expected behaviour

WebView scroll position should persist after rotation

Actual behaviour

It scrolls back to top after rotation
