I updated to v1.11, but no MMS was backed up.
Is there any configuration needed?
@bjdodson commented on GitHub (Oct 15, 2010):
We think there are compatibility issues between android versions. So far this was only tested on the droid (froyo), and its hard to test mms in an emulator.
I'll have access to a 1.6 device soon and can start looking at it. Otherwise, if you're a developer we'd love the debug help.
@marcher233 commented on GitHub (Oct 15, 2010):
Thanks for replying.
I would like to help if there's any update available by compiling a test package myself. Unfortunately, I'm not a developer, so feedback is my only way to help :P
@bjdodson commented on GitHub (Oct 15, 2010):
So you're not seeing a crash, just no MMS messages are backed up? Oh, and there is a quick configuration setting you need to flip for MMS backup. See the third checkbox on the main app screen.
@marcher233 commented on GitHub (Oct 15, 2010):
Yes, I checked the option called "Backup MMS", but there's still no MMS message backed up.
@bjdodson commented on GitHub (Oct 15, 2010):
you tried sending yourself one after checking the box?
@marcher233 commented on GitHub (Oct 15, 2010):
I tried and it succeed.
Looks like it won't backup any MMS messages I previously received.
@marcher233 commented on GitHub (Oct 17, 2010):
I tried again, and it says there's nothing to backup, but I just send a MMS to myself.
I thought I made a mistake on the last post, there was just a new SMS backed up.....
