I'm using an HTC One X and only my incoming mms messages and all of my outgoing messages are being backed up. How can I fix this?
Thanks

I am having the same issue. AND now oddly enough when i do a full backup all incoming messages are marked as 4 hour prior to the correct time. It throws things horribly out of order and the times are right on my phone. I made sure the gmail time and time zone are set right and my pc time and time zone as well.

I, too, experience this issue with my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III. Only sent SMS and MMS get backed up while using 4G. When using WiFi, all items get backed up properly. However, the app seems to prefer using the mobile 4G connection over the WiFi connection if both are connected.

  • 3G/4G connection and no WiFi: Sent SMS not backed up
  • 3G/4G connection and WiFi: Sent SMS not backed up
  • No 3G/4G connection and WiFi: All items backed up properly

Android Version: 4.1.2
Phone Model: SCH-I535
Carrier: Verizon Wireless
SMS Backup+ Version: 1.5.2
