Some users are experiencing errors when upgrading shiori passing through the migration from fts4 to fts5 #379, so it would make sense to investigate a way to catch that specific error and download the migration utility and run it on behalf of the user, performing a backup of the database first.

Putting tentative milestone 1.6.0 though is not what that release should focus on, but since a documentation review is what's left for that and should include installation/upgrade pages, it would make sense to do it alongside that.
