Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

shiori addexits with status 0 even if adding the bookmark fails. It should exit with a non-zero status, so the caller knows it failed. See PR #224
