Describe the Bug
Sometimes when I parry on Bloodborne, my character glitches, and he moves super fast, phases through walls, attacks super fast and takes no damage.
I don't know how to recreate it; it happens occasionally when I parry.

You've got patches enabled, which are likely responsible for this "bug"
You also haven't dumped your firmware libraries, and are using a fork. If you can reproduce the bug with these issues addressed, then send a new log.
