Describe the Bug

In the game Bloodborne with drivers 576.28, with the game format 32:9 and a resolution of 3840*1080, the consumption of the 5080 video card is 130 watts, and it should be 270 watts +, in other games from Steam, the video card works perfectly.

As said in title, installing the two most recent Nvidia drivers made ShadPS4 run with low GPU usage (resulting in 30-40 fps), in contrast to previous drivers, where it would hit 99% usage (60+ fps) with no trouble. Any ideas why this could happen?

The latest NVIDIA drivers messed with culling, Bloodborne along with some other games now run slower because of it. Try downgrading to that previous driver.

Run the game Bloodborne in 4K, you will see the problem. The map is not fully loaded.

You need to test without any patches applied, and without any game modifications.
If you can reproduce this issue under these circumstances, then this can be reopened.
