Checklist

I have searched for a similar issue in this repository and did not find one.
I am using an official build obtained from releases or updated one of those builds using its in-app updater.

Describe the Bug

I just tried running it and all it does is open blank cmd and a window stuck on 'Not responding'

How do i fix this

Reproduction Steps

i have vcredist installed and i tried checking run for compatibility in properties etc. it still wont launch.

Expected Behavior

Stuck on 'Not responding'

Specify OS Version

Windows 10

the 0.7.0 version doesnt work but 0.4.0 works fine

Did you make sure to follow the quick start guide? This could possibly be a driver issue (GPU drivers or iGPU drivers).
