Regarding the "Force enable DLC" patch.

This patch is now considered prohibited.
As for the details, read below:

We previously thought that this patch only allowed save files that were created with the DLC active to be loaded on a bloodborne title that did not have the DLC active. We've been made aware that this is not the case. The patch enables the DLC itself (the files for which appear to be attached to the game update). This breaks a Sony TPM (technological protection measures), which is copyright infringement.

Going forward, we will be moderating it as such. We will try to be lenient, considering that we too were confused by how this patch worked. As such, if you encounter another user asking about it, please refer them to this post so that everyone has the same information.

It was removed due to the above reason, if you have the DLC anyway, it shouldn't concern you, and if you don't, then you have to start a new save

I have the DLC, but it still doesnt work for some reason due to the DLC being installed separately
