I am using an official build obtained from releases or updated one of those builds using its in-app updater.

Describe the Bug

the settings in General -> Emulator are aligned vertically centered which is inconsistent with the rest of the UI

Reproduction Steps

build main
click settings icon
view the wrong content alignment

Expected Behavior

the settings inside the emulator box should be vertically aligned top

Specify OS Version
