Describe the Bug
After quick search, it seems neither CUSA00076 (The Order 1886) or memory.cpp:operator related issues are opened right now here
Reproduction Steps
Game crashes on launch with this error:
[Debug] memory.cpp:operator():293: Assertion Failed!
1.00 and 1.02 version of game (without patch) have similar crash.
Specify OS Version
Windows 10
CPU
Intel Core i5-10600KF
GPU
Nvidia Geforce rtx 3070
Amount of RAM in GB

This issue https://github.com/shadps4-emu/shadPS4/issues/825 is sort of similar to opened, with exception that "Mapping cannot fit inside free region" part is completely absent in TO1886, and also not fixed unlike listed games in 825.
Edit: CUSA00606 (Assassin's Creed® Unity) 1.00/1.05 shares the same assertion
